OneKript

Dear friends:

After many reflections and several days of meditation, I have decided to leave my OneKript project.

The reasons have been several but most important are personal situation, new projects and the existence of alternatives of better quality than OneKript (I do not have any problem in recognizing it).

The project will follow present in http://onekript.sourceforge.net and I animate all to continue with the developement.

Thanks to all for your confidence during these months. We will return to see us.

OneKript is a Front-End for the program of disk encryption "on the flye" TrueCrypt, released under license GPL. It has been developed with the environment Kommander for KDE (to have the kommander-executor is necessary to start OneKript.). At the moment is available the version 0.7.2

Features

• Creation of normal and hidden volumes.
• Selection of the file system type, size and algorithms of hash and encryption.
• Double introduction of password.
• It allows to use keyfiles and random sources.
• Mount and unmount of volumes with capacity for read only and protection of hidden volumes.
• Test the internal algorithms.
• Create keyfiles.
• View the volume properties.

TO-DO List

• Change the use of Konsole to Xterm (submitted by W Van)
• Make the mount tab as default (submitted by Frans Schrijver)
• Save the last volume and the last mount path as setting (submitted by Frans Schrijver again ;)
• Bugfix in sent password to OneKript (submitted by Carl Maklad)
• Bugfix: allow the use of white spaces " " in passwords (submitted by Anonymous :p)
